IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

• Follow the example product images as closely as possible in the number of letters for the middle area. The middle area is the main focal point of the sign and should remain that way to have the balanced look and feel that you see.

• 'After' ordering, I will always create a mock up proof for you so we can make any adjustments you need.

ABOUT OUR METAL

• We make every metal product 'in-house' from Blue Springs, Missouri

• We cut the metal down to the size you need

• We round each corner to get rid of the sharp corners

• We hand burnish all four sides

• Your sign is printed on commercial indoor/outdoor aluminum with UV ink.

Our metal is used 'worldwide' for the outdoor and indoor sign industry. We use an aluminum composite material comprised of two .15mm aluminum panels, bonded to a solid polyethylene core. The aluminum panels have an ultra-white matte finish specifically for digital and improved ink adhesion to help display printed colors vibrantly. It’s lightweight and durable, resisting scratching and denting better than wood panels.

NOT ALL CANVASES ARE CREATED EQUAL

Our canvases are gallery wrapped with 1.25" solid wood. We provide the highest quality canvases for you and don't take any shortcuts, either in the materials or in the love and craftsmanship put into each and every canvas.

• The frame of the canvas gives it structure. We use only solid wood for canvases that will not bend, warp or distort overtime. We never settle for cheaper alternatives

• Each and every one of our canvases are hand stretched the traditional way. We never take the shortcut of gluing the canvas to another surface.

• We use high, archival quality inks, consistently color calibrate our monitors & printers and use the Adobe RGB color profile to ensure our art comes out perfectly, every time.

METAL HANGING

Our aluminum signs are lightweight and very easy to hang. We provide you several options for hanging.

Option #1 - No Holes (if you're going to lean it or use Command Strips)

Option #2 - Two holes drilled (one in each top corner)

Option #3 - Four holes drilled (one in each corner of the sign)

CANVAS HANGING

We will install a sawtooth hanger on the back of your canvas or leave it off if requested.

Please do not forget to check your etsy account for any question I may have for finalizing your sign. Please check each morning (or evening). Or you can simply provide a contact number that I can reach out and text you if needed.

Why is this important?

At times, customers get busy and forget to log back into Etsy and check. When I don't hear back on a proof or question, I must cancel and refund the order before the 'Due Date' has expired so my Etsy account doesn't take a hit for late shipping. :(
