Prior to ordering I reached out to Doug to ask about the possibility of adjusting the width slightly, to assist us with mounting. He responded very quickly and said he could make the requested adjustment without distorting the images.

We ordered a large metal sign for our backyard pool area and couldn't be happier with the purchase! The sign arrived quickly, was packaged well, and looked exactly as advertised—great quality and craftsmanship. We truly can't wait to get it installed and show it off.
At first, we were a bit hesitant since the shop doesn't offer full custom design services and instead asks customers to choose from existing templates with minor edits. While we would have loved the opportunity to design something completely unique from scratch, the overall experience was still excellent. The ordering process was smooth, communication was clear, and the final product is absolutely perfect for our space. Highly recommend!
